Beautiful home, furnishings, and location!

Beautiful home, furnishings, and location! Me and four friends had a ladies overnight before going to the spa and it was the perfect place to stay. It is up high on a hill and has ocean view from the main living room. We had great weather during our stay but it was charming to get cozy by the fire. The home was clean and well equipped. Everyone in our group would happily stay there again, and maybe next time we’d bring our partners and kids.

Spectacular Home

This home exceeded expectations when the photos had my expectations very high. It's cozy, with pristine decor, beautiful sweeping views, and is stocked with everything you could possibly need. On top of the home itself, the neighborhood is filled with unique new construction homes. The beach is a 10 min walk away. The pool and playground were extremely family friendly. This is the best rental I've experienced to date.

Bishop Seabbatical fit for a King and Queen

My wife and I have never been to Lincoln City, Oregon having usually stayed in Gearhart, near Seaside, Oregon. Recently, we had the opportunity to stay in Olivia Beach at the Bishop’s Seabbatical. A part of Lincoln City, this small enclave of houses near the beach gave us breathtaking views in the lap of luxury. Everything in the house flows. From what is hanging on the walls to the towels in the bathrooms to the floors and carpets. It all works so very well together and is absolutely beautiful. Located on a hill overlooking many rooftops, the ocean views and sounds were spectacular along with the beautifully appointed accommodations. From the time we entered the house until we left, we wanted for nothing – except for food. All the amenities we could ask for were present. On the top floor we opened the doors to the deck and could feel the ocean breezes as well as hear the waves on the shore. The sun provided warmth, but the breeze kept us cool while we relaxed and looked around. The sitting area had several different chairs as well as a nice sofa and love seat for reading as well as lounging. Also, the fully appointed kitchen and dining area were located on this level. Nothing like a meal with a fantastic view. Across the way was a community pool available to us as well as a park that was gorgeous. A little farther out was the ocean, beautiful and magnificent with its power and wonderful sound of waves hitting the beach. We spent most of our time on the top floor relaxing and reading and munching on some of the food we brought in with us. The second level was the main street entrance at the front of the house. Enter with an area to remove sandy shoes, take off jackets, leave items. Then you have 2 awesome bedrooms and two fantastic bathrooms on that level. If you enter the house from the bottom level where you can park a vehicle, you have washer and dryer, another full bathroom, a bedroom and sitting area along with other amenities. You also have access to the grill and the jacuzzi tub for relaxing those tired muscles from the time on the beach. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept on in a while. Windows open for a cool breeze and deep under the covers before the morning sunrise. A good sleep, an early shower, then to the top for a great breakfast, planning the day or simply relaxing to the sounds of the sea. Wonderful restaurants in town, easy access to the beach from the Seabbatical and no worries. We had a wonderful time and we will return. We loved the weather while in Lincoln City and especially loved Olivia Beach and The Bishop’s Seabbatical.

Amazing brand new home, perfect for families or groups

Our group was myself, my husband and our two very young children, my father and his wife and my brother. The 3 bedrooms accommodated us perfectly. The beds are luxurious - the bedding, pillows and mattresses are all amazing. My husband said it was like sleeping on a cloud. The two gas fireplaces are set by thermostat and so come on and off automatically. Everything you could think of is there. The decorations are all tastefully done and comforting to the max. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with literally everything you could possibly want or need. A big TV upstairs and a gigantic TV downstairs. Also a music devise that hooks up to your player. There are decks on every floor and from the top deck you can see the ocean and overlook the rec center where they have a heated pool (which is not very warm though). The whole house and every piece of furniture, blanket(s), and dishware is all brand new - it has that "new house" smell. There isn't even dust anywhere. The property managers were very friendly and accessible. They will answer you at any time via phone or text. For example the hot tub had not been filled enough and they came right over and took care of it. Notes: -There are a lot of stairs! It is a 3 story property so you will find yourself climbing up and down a lot. That said, when you have a lot of people staying with you, it is easy to find privacy. -There are a lot of neighbors around. It's tucked into a hill next to everyone else. -Parking is definitely an issue. Can really only fit 1 small car into the spot. We would LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to stay at this house again. Thank you so much for having us.
